Joseph Drahan

Joseph "Joey" Drahan, age 74, of Sylvania Township, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 24, 2023. He was born on October 24, 1948 to John and Stephanie Drahan in Austria. Joey retired from Hunt-Wesson Foods after 25 years. He was an avid collector of many things especially coins, baseball cards and magazines. Joey enjoyed golfing and watching basketball and football. He liked the outdoors and taking walks. He liked spending time with his nieces and nephews and will be missed by those who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Left to cherish his memory are his siblings, Matthew (Cathy) Drahan, Anthony Drahan, Edward Drahan, Katherine (Randal) Tredway, Barbara Drahan, Stanley Drahan and Susan (Daryll) Drahan; nieces and nephews, Carrie, Stephanie (John), Marcie, Jennifer (Aaron), Josephine, Mackenzie, Jessica and Victoria (Thomas); great-nieces and great-nephew, Heavenly, Rebbica (Jeff), Joseph (Lacey), Camey, Neptune, and Clary; and great-great-niece, Isabella.

The family will receive guests on Saturday, February 11, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) with Memorial Services beginning at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
