Jose Manuel Kovacs, age 53, passed away Sunday, April 9th at his home.
Jose was born March 14th, 1964 in Madrid, Spain to Laszlo and Angeles Kovacs.
Jose was full of energy and excitement since he entered this world. His love of fast music and fast cars matched his personality. Although he was not from this country he proudly served this nation in the U.S. Air Force. He was talented in ways no one could imagine, composing music, drawings and tinkering with any project he could think of. He loved his garden, his babies and his birds and squirrels.
He loved his family, which was always close to his heart. He was such an integral part of the family. He will never know the full extent of our love for him, and he will be greatly missed. Above all, he had a never-ending love and devotion to God.
He is survived by his loving wife, Leeann Kovacs; both his mother and father, Laszlo and Angeles Kovacs; sister, Vickie and brother-in-law, Scott Puszczewicz and many family members. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Sharon; his uncles Enrique and Francis; grandparents Al and Estefany; and several family members.
The family will receive guests Friday, April 14, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900).
