Jonathan Sb Engelhardt

Jonathan SB Engelhardt, age 49, of Philippines, passed away on October 18, 2018 in his home. Jonathan was born November 14, 1968 in Cavite City, Phillippines to Ray and Lourdes (Ramirez) Engelhardt.

He joined the United States Navy soon after high school where his love for his country became his passion. After his time served he was employed with the Veterans Administration for almost 15 years. He also had a passion for truck driving, dancing, singing and especially fishing. He loved spending time with his sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews and great niece.

JoJo loved donating his time to many charities. He loved helping others and was a part of many fundraisers for children, veterans, and others in need. JoJo would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need.

Jonathan was preceded in death by his loving parents and birth father Bonifacio Belardo. He will be greatly missed by his Sisters, Evangeline Ford (Edward Willis ), Jocelyn Engelhardt, Mary Ann Engelhardt, Jhoanna Engelhardt; Brothers, Jesuben (Lori) Engelhardt and Isabelito (Gigi) Engelhardt, Wilfredo Belardo; Uncle, Jesus (Cora) Pimentel, Narcisso (Lizette) Pimentel; Nieces, Rashad, Shaquanna, Taqiyyah, Chloe, Morgan, Mikayla, Maryam, Ielexus; Nephews, Carlos, Muhammed, Robert, Caleb; Great-Niece, Ayanna; Great-Nephew, King; and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive guests Friday, October 26, 2018 from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer West Sylvania Chapel, 3655 King Road (419)392-9500. A Funeral Service will begin Saturday at 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
