John T. Ramirez, Jr., age 59, passed away on June 12, 2015. He was born on December 25, 1955 to the late Theresa and John T. Ramirez, Sr. in Toledo, Ohio.
John worked as a Hairdresser at various salons in the Toledo area for 30 years. He enjoyed working in the yard, especially gardening with different types of flowers.
In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his brother, Joey and sister-in-law, Laura Ramirez. Left to cherish his memory is his life partner of over 40 years, Bill Bailey; siblings, Deb (Tom) Wielgopolski, Rick (Robin), Bobby, Terrie and Frank (Shawn); special niece, Andrea and many other loving nieces and nephews and numerous family members and his cat, Copper.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Hospice of Northwest Ohio and Mobile Meals for their loving care and compassion.
The family will receive guests on Sunday, June 14, 2015 from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
"Oh Lord, open up your arms to John, embrace him into Eternal life. You are with the Lord now, may you rest in peace. Amen."
