John Sinclair

John N. Sinclair, age 76, of Toledo, passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. He was born on July 29, 1931 to Archie and Helen (Bostwick) Sinclair. John was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Korean War. He worked as the warehouse manger at Neo products for 17 years until he retired in 1977. John was a longtime member of the Conn Weissenberger American Legion Post #587.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley (Cash) Sinclair in May of 2000, step-daughter, Sue McKitrick, 2 brothers and 1 sister. John is survived by his daughter: Lori Anne O'Connor; step-daughter: Luann Pettis; step-sons: Don and David Cash; 5 grandchildren: 15 step-grandchildren; 9 step-great-grandchildren; sister: Lorraine Missler; and brother: Robert Sinclair.

A Memorial Service will be held to celebrate John's life Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at the Tamaron Towers Apartment Complex, 1900 W. Alexis Rd., Toledo. The Newcomer Funeral Home (419-473-0300) assisted the family with professional services.
