John Miller

John I. Miller, age 63, of Toledo, passed away May 25, 2015 at St. Anne's Mercy Hospital. John was born October 2, 1951 in Toledo to Thomas Miller and Ruth Fink. He was employed with the Bell Tire for more than 15 years before retiring. John was an avid NASCAR fan, Brad Keselowski being his favorite driver. He was also a big Michigan Wolverines fan. He loved fishing, camping at Green Valley campground, and spending time with his grandchildren.


In addition to his parents, John was also preceded in death by his brother James Miller. He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Lari Miller, daughter, Jodi Miller, son, J.J. (Chelsey) Miller, step-daughter, Cara (Justin) Shank, step-son, Ryan (Kelly) Fiegl, sisters; Ruth (Ken) Sobiniak, Cindy (Mike) Blaesing, Joy (David) Truelove, Debbie (Ray) Penick, Candy (Gary) Jackson, brothers; Thomas (Jake) Miller, Ron (Dianne) Miller, Joe (Pennie) Miller, Bill (Cindy) Miller, Dan (Beth) Miller, Tom Miller, Tim (Kassie) Miller, granddaughters Mckennzie, Savanna and Willow, grandsons; Colton, Dominic, Jackson and Parker, along with many nieces and nephews.


The family will receive guests Sunday, May 31, 2015 from 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - NW Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Sunday at 6:00 pm. in the funeral home.
