John M. Creekmore, Jr.

John M. Creekmore, Jr., age 64, of Toledo, lost his battle with cancer on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at home with his loving fiancé by his side. John was born on July 13, 1951 to John "Martin" Sr. and Laura "Sadie" (Pounds) Creekmore in Toledo. He was an avid pool player, enjoyed riding his Harley and spoiling his grandsons and great-nieces.

John is survived by his children, Dr. Amy L. Creekmore, John M. (Katie) Creekmore, III and Jenny M. (Aaron) Smith; fiancé, Sue Jordan; grandsons, Bennett and Corbin; parents, Martin and Sadie Creekmore; sisters, Jane (Jan) Lipps and Patricia Rachels; best friend, Rick Anderson; and many other family members and dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Wednesday from 3 – 7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo, (419-473-0300) with
Funeral Services beginning at 7:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make memorial donations are asked to consider Mercy Cancer Center, at St. Charles Hospital.
