John P. Hagan

John P. Hagan, age 52, of Toledo, passed away Monday, December 10, 2007 in his home. He was born September 19, 1955 to John P. and Mary Lou (Waldvogel) Hagan in Toledo. John was a 1974 graduate of Start High School. He was employed with Daimler-Chrysler for 33 years and a member of UAW Local 12. John enjoyed fishing and collecting and maintaining salt water fish over the years. He was also a parishioner of Blessed Sacrament Church and a friend of Bill W.

In addition to his father, John was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents. He is survived by his mother, Mary Lou Hagan; siblings, Kathleen (Michael) Gunzenhaeuser; Thomas (Mary) Hagan; Mary Pat (James) Swindeman and Daniel (Debbie) Hagan; special aunt, Ruth Hagan; uncle, John Waldvogel; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, extended family members, dear friends and co-workers.

The family will receive guests Thursday from 2-8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300), with a Scripture Service beginning at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue Friday morning from 9-10:00 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Church, 4227 Bellevue Rd., followed by a Mass of Christian Celebration at 10:00 a.m.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the church.
