John A. Earl

John A. Earl, age 51, of Sylvania, passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2006 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. He was born June 9, 1955 to Frank A. and Barbara A. (Brittson) Earl in Toledo. John received his college degree in Horticulture and was self employed as a floral designer and landscape architect in New York City for more than 20 years. After moving back to the Toledo area, John continued his craft in floral design for several more years. He was considered by his family and friends to be a gourmet cook, often preparing wonderful meals. John also enjoyed the Arts and music of all kinds. He truly enjoyed life and spending time with people.

John was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Barbara Earl. He is survived by his sister, Holly A. (Frank) Dismuke; brother, Mark (Rose) Earl and nephew, Cody Dismuke.

The family will receive guests Saturday from 12-1:00 p.m. at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Memorial Services will begin Saturday at 1:00 p.m. Officiating will be Rev. Kevin Kearney.

In lieu of flowers those wishing to make contributions are asked to consider the family.
