Joel Dorlack

Joel J. Dorlack, age 50, of Toledo, passed away peacefully, Sunday, October 7, 2007 in his home. He was born February 17, 1957 to Jerome and Doris Dorlack in Milwaukee. Joel was employed with Chrysler for 25 years. He was a loving father and friend with a heart of gold. Joel enjoyed fishing, hunting, collecting antiques and traveling. He will be missed for his loving ways and his gentle heart.
Joel was preceded in death by his father Jerome Dorlack. He is survived by his soul-mate, Jerrilyn Mikolajczyk; sons, Jerome (Erica) Dorlack and Jesse Dorlack; daughter, Jennifer (Chris) Dorlack; mother, Doris Dorlack; brother, Jeff (Candy) Dorlack; sisters, Doreen Bellmore and Diane (Dan) Tesar; step-children, Karen (Michael) Fehrenbaker; Kenneth (Sandi) Foster; Nicole (Shaun) Terry and grandchildren, Derrick and Paityn.

The family will receive guests Thursday from 2-8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300) with a Scripture Services beginning at 5:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Celebration will begin Friday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Michael the Archangel Church, 502 W. Front St., Monroe, Michigan. Officiating will be Fr. Stephen Rooney.
