Joan M. Willey, resident of Toledo, OH, peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family on April 15, 2024 at age 91. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Rickey (Patricia) Willey, Deborah (Ronald) Weber, Keith Willey, Tracy (Rich) Byrd, Wade (Loretta) Willey; grandchildren, Amy Draper, Megan (Nicholas) Wilderman, Mandy (Matthew) Chiles, Jacquelyn Weber, Christopher (Nailya) Weber, Joshua Lee, Jessica Lee, Rebecca (Kyle) Wray, Heather (Douglas Palmer) Willey and Paul Willey; as well as 16 great grandchildren as well as her sister, Madlon Jane Walling.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Adline Jacobs. Also, her beloved husband of 65 years, Richard Willey and grandson Matthew Lee.
A visitation will be held on Friday, April 19th, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home – Southwest Chapel at 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo, OH 43614.
A funeral ceremony will take place the following day, Saturday, April 20th, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home – Southwest Chapel at 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo, OH 43614.
Joan will be laid to rest at Toledo Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to St. Judes Children's Hospital in Joan's honor.
