Joan Menke
Joan F. Menke, age 65, of Toledo, formerly of Pt. Place passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, Friday, January 21, 2005 in St. Vincent Mercy Hospital. She was born May 27, 1939 to Carlyle and Marian Gamble in Detroit, Michigan.
In addition to her parents, Joan was preceded in death by her siblings. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Louis W. Menke; sons, Kevin (Cindy) Menke and Darin (Dawn Menke; daughter, Roberta (Danny) Hanudel; sister, Ginger Gamble; 4 grandchildren and 5 step-grandchildren.
There will be no visitation. Arrangements handled by the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300).
