Joan Liebherr

Joan D. Liebherr, age 69, of Toledo, passed away Thursday, November 03, 2005 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. She was born on February 28, 1936 to Myron and Rachel (Moyer) Heiden in Toledo. Joan was a bookkeeper at Quick Glass and Mirror for over 16 years and at Alternative Glass & Mirror before she became ill. She was a member of the Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America, Legion Post #70 in Maryland, and an active member Faith Lutheran Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ken Liebherr and her infant brother, Myron Heiden .
Joan is survived by her children: Michael (Kim) Bunge, Jill (Greg) Meyer, John Trippe, Deb (Joe) Muranyi; grandchildren: Tiffany, Elliott, Taylor, A.J., Jacob, Chris, Corey and Joey; sisters: Jean Gunn, Joyce (Lyle) Goodall, Jane Stark and Janet Nischwitz.
The family will receive guests on Monday, November 7, 2005 from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo, (419-473-0300). A Funeral Service will take place Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, 2440 South Ave., Toledo. Pastor Mike Matzek will be officiating. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.
