Joan M. Anderson, age 85, of Toledo, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2016 at Lutheran Home in Toledo. She was born in Dunston, England on Christmas Day, 1930 to Hugh and Elizabeth (MacClean) McKenna. She came to America in April of 1973.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, Michael (Melanie) Anderson; sisters, Brenda Bowery and Patricia McKenna; brother, Michael McKenna all of Great Britain; grandsons, Michael, II and Craig; granddaughter, Aerial; great-granddaughter, Sofia and great-grandsons, Zander and Zayden. Joan was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Anderson and son, John Anderson.
The family will receive guests on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 from 4-6:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Memorial Services will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
