Jessie Moore
February 28, 1924 — January 27, 2015
Jessie "Jeff" Moore, age 90, of Toledo passed away peacefully on January 27, 2015. He was born in Crosby, Mississippi on February 28, 1924 to Willie and Katie (Cameron) Moore Sr. He enjoyed watching TV classics especially "Casablanca", listening to Gladys Knight and spending time with family.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers; Robert, Sammie, L.B. and Willie Jr. Left to cherish his memory is his brother Lionel, sisters Mary (Joseph) Lewis and Katie (James) Holmes, his special niece Wendi Franklin, along with many other nieces, nephews and friends.
The family will receive guests on February 3, 2015 at the Newcomer Funeral Home (SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419) 381-1900) from 10:00 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Forest Cemetery.
