Jennifer L. Turner

Jennifer L. "Jen" Turner, age 52, of Toledo, passed away Thursday, May 20, 2021 at the Toledo Hospital with her loving husband by her side. She was born on March 1, 1969 to James and Jeanie (Lieske) Bratt in Columbus, Ohio. Jen worked at Rent-A-Center for many years as a Regional Manager. She was an excellent cook and loved taking care of her family. Jen enjoyed gardening, quilting, sewing, embroidery and taking care of her koi pond. She was an animal lover but especially of dogs. Jen loved nothing more than spending time with her family, most importantly her granddaughter, Grace. She was a devoted wife, mom, grandmother and friend whose smile, spirit and caring nature will be truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, The Lieske's. Left to cherish Jen's memory are her loving husband of almost 12 years, Andrew Turner; children, Kelly (Shelby) Welch, Keagan (Nathan) George, Hannah Turner, Kaelyn George, and Christian (Kaylie) Turner; granddaughter, Gracelynn; mother-in-law, Gayle Turner; father, James (Kris) Bratt; canine fur baby, Browning and other loving pets; and many other family members and dear friends.

Per Jen's wishes, there will be no visitation or services at this time. The family will have a private celebration to honor Jen. Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel (419-473-0300) assisted the family with professional services.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make memorial contributions are asked to consider Conquer Chiari or the Toledo Area Humane Society.
