Jennifer Lee Scheuer

Jennifer Lee Scheuer, age 69, of Lambertville, Michigan, passed away on April 29, 2023, in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving family. Jennifer was born September 5, 1953, in Toledo, Ohio, to the late Paul and Lorena Fay (Hart) Kemp.
Jennifer graduated from Whitmer High School, class of 1971. She worked as an optician at LensCrafters for many years, until declining health forced her to retire. Nineteen years ago, she had a heart transplant at University of Michigan, which enabled her to enjoy her remaining years with family and friends. Jennifer enjoyed relaxing while reading a good book, quilting, bird watching, and taking trips all over to see beautiful lighthouses, especially to Marblehead and Maine.
The family would like to thank Dr. Walsh, University of Michigan Cardiology, Hospice of Northwest Ohio, family, and friends for their love, support, and care.
Those left to forever cherish her memory are her loving husband of 47 years, Mark Scheuer; children, Emily, Zach (Mattie) and Dean (Emily); and a special granddaughter, Lenny.
In addition to her parents, Jennifer was preceded in death by her sister, Jeanne Woods.
At this time, there will be no services held.
