Jennifer L. Rybak

Jennifer L. "Jen" Rybak, 31, of Toledo, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, September 24, 2017 in her home. She was born May 14, 1986 in Toledo, OH to Charles G. Rybak and Gloria L. Bellamy. She was preceded in death by her father Chuck who lost his battle to cancer earlier this year. Jen took that very hard; she always was a daddy's girl. She was a fun and outgoing young lady, and was full of life and always had a sense of humor.

Jen is survived by her children, Deangelo Guerra, Angelina Gaber, and Cameron Wheeler; mother, Gloria Bellamy; siblings, Charles Rybak, Jr., Brian (Ashley) Rybak and Amanda Tucker; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She will be missed dearly.

The family will receive guests on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 2 – 7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) with Funeral Services beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
