Jennifer J. (Devault) Laffartha

Jennifer J. (DeVault) Laffartha, age 66, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Mercy St. Vincent Hospital with her family by her side. She was born on November 7, 1955 to Frank and Betty (Stirr) DeVault in Toledo. Jennifer loved dogs and was an active breeder for many years. She enjoyed listening to classic country music and Motown. Jennifer used to like a good scary movie and soap operas. She was a Christmas enthusiast and would always go all out!

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, James Laffartha; and siblings, Janet, Randy, Carol, Arlene, Kathy, Pam, and Frankie. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jimmy (Mandy) Laffartha, Hope (Eric) Burt, Kerri (Brian) Stanley and Josh (Kelly) Laffartha; numerous grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Becky Grove; many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300).
