Jennifer E. Martin-Poe

Jennifer E. Martin-Poe, 32, of Toledo, passed away suddenly Wednesday afternoon. She was the daughter of Marie and Bill Martin. Her son, Reese, was the most important person in her life and she lived to make him happy. The day he was born was the happiest day of her life.
Jennifer was a very caring individual and worked, taking care of others, as a CNA. She was full of life, enjoying every moment possible with her family or friends.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her mother, Marie P. Martin, her grandmother, Joanne Burgard; aunts, Terry and Cathy; and uncle Bob. Jenny is survived by her son, Reese Franklin; and his father, Keith; her father Bill Martin; grandparents Betty and Walt Bisel; sister, Joanna (Patrick Rabideau) Martin; her boyfriend, Stephen Laraby; brother, Jeff Martin; aunts, Jan (Jeff) Moore, Shirley Tucholski, Pat Pitzen, Judy (Terry) Proko; uncles, Mike (Kathy), Tom and Greg Burgard; numerous cousins, including her favorites, Patrick and Sarah, and Amber, Justin, and Jordan; and former spouse, Jessie Poe.

The family will receive guests on Saturday from 2 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300) with Memorial Services beginning at 6:00 p.m., Pamela Rybka officiating.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Toledo Hospital in the CCU, the Cath lab, and the physicians of NWOCC.
