Jeffery Tyler Stanko age 40 of Toledo, OH passed away on April 18, 2024. Jeff was born in Sylvania, OH on October 8, 1983 and graduated from Whitmer High School in 2002.
As a kid Jeff loved playing baseball and football. His favorite memories were riding his bike all over west toledo with his friends and outrunning parking lot security when they would stay out a little too late. He also enjoyed reminiscing about his adventures camping in Michigan and a vacation to the Bahamas with friends.
Jeff owned and operated Quality Appliances for the past 11 years. He built his business from the ground up with lots of blood sweat and tears. Jeff was a talented salesman and business owner, and a man of many words. His family and friends are extremely proud of him and the venture he fought hard for.
When Jeff was not working he loved rebuilding his RC cars and would race them down the neighborhood streets. You could also find him in his man cave perfecting his 200 gallon fish & turtle tank. Jeff was a man with strong convictions for the love of God and his country.
Jeff has two beautiful daughters that were his whole heart and he lived every day for them. He dreamt of building an empire to protect his girls and provide for their futures. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend to many. Jeff was able to build meaningful relationships quickly and built profound bonds with those closest to him. In return he was loved and will be missed deeply.
Surviving is his wife, Jenifer whom he married on October 1, 2016; daughters, Alexus and Sadie Jo; parents, John and Shirley Stanko and sister, Rachel (Naresh) Adepu. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Family and friends will be received at the Newcomer Funeral Home (Northwest Chapel), 4150 West Laskey Rd. Toledo on Thursday, April 25, 2024 from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM. A celebration of Life service will be held immediately following visitation at 7:00 PM.
