Jeanne C. Lantz, age 60, a longtime resident of Maumee, Ohio, passed away Sunday, October 30, 2022, at the University of Toledo Medical Center. She was born August 10, 1962, in Toledo to George and Joyce (Burden) Brown.
Jeanne loved making gemstone jewelry, novel keepsakes, and cell phone decorations that she sold on her own Etsy site. When she wasn't working on her jewelry creations, Jeanne enjoyed being outdoors, walking through area parks, as well as spending time in her own backyard feeding the many rabbits and squirrels.
She was also an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Florida Jaguars.
Jeanne treasured the time she spent with family and friends, talking, laughing and just enjoying the company. She loved with all her heart and lived each day appreciating those who were important to her.
Many years after high school, Jeanne felt blessed to have reunited with her old friend, Jeff, with whom she just recently celebrated 10 years of marriage.
She was preceded in death by her father, George Brown, who she always called her "favorite person". Jeanne is survived by her loving husband, Jeffrey Lantz of Maumee; sons, Jason (Janine) Perry and Ronald Perry; daughter, Jessica Perry; mother, Joyce Brown; brothers, George (Sheri) Brown and Raymond (Angie) Brown, sister, Julie Brown, and several grandchildren.
