Jeanette M.(Brouillard) Harris

Jeanette M. Harris, age 84, of Toledo, passed away Tuesday, October 27th, 2009 at the Kingston Care Center. She was born October 15th, 1925 to Irving and Blanche Brouillard in Connecticut and graduated from Monroe High School. Jeanette was known for her talent and love of music and dancing. She continued her dancing several nights a week at the Elks and Eagles until her illness several years ago kept her from it. Jeanette was employed with the Toledo Hospital at the Information Desk and as the "T.V. Lady" for more than 10 years.

She is survived by her sons, Dennis (Linda) Harris and Michael (Debra) and daughter, Cindy Messenger; 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Jeanette was preceded in death by her son, Patrick; son-in-law, Gordon Messenger brothers, Earl and Eddie; sister, Gertrude Neiswender and former husband, Wesley Harris.

The family will receive guests Friday from 2-8:00 pm. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
