Jeanette A. Fountain, age 78, of Toledo, passed away December 9, 2017 at Regency Hospital. Jeanette was born July 29, 1939 in Toledo to Harold and Eileen (Parrish) Winland.
She is survived by her husband, Rudolph J Fountain, children Jennifer Smay, Cindi Fountain, and Steve Fountain; 3 grandchildren, Tara, Josh and Emily and 3 great grandchildren, Quinten, Wyatt and Stella.
The family will receive guests Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Newcomer - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Thursday at 6:00 pm. at the funeral home.
