Jean Pastor

Jean R. Pastor, age, 81, of Toledo, Ohio passed away Thursday, January 24, 2013 at the Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. She was born February 20, 1931 in Nu Mine, Pennsylvania to Nicholas and Carmella. Jean was a collection correspondent at G.M.A.C. for 16 years. She enjoyed ballroom dancing with her husband. Jean was a parishioner of St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Catholic Church where she served as an Eucharistic Minister, member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society and also active with the prayer chain. A loving wife and mother, Jean will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 57 years, Frank Pastor; daughters, Virginia Pastor and Gerrilynne (Glenn) Blattner; faithful dog, "Crystal," sister, Louise (Edward) Kostick; brother, Nick Ross. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her siblings, Nancy Davino, Janet Carlson, Marie Scott and Betty Ann Sutton.

The family will receive guests Friday, February 1, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Mass at 12:00 p.m. at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church, 4201 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo.
