Jason C. Wood

Jason C. Wood, age 40, of Toledo, passed away February 16, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born April 7, 1977 in Toledo to David and Polly (Myers) Wood. Jason was employed with the Advanced Rubber and Plastics for more than 20 years. He enjoyed riding his Harley, camp fires, attending concerts with Kirsten. At a young age, Jason was active in scouting, playing hockey and riding dirt bikes and four wheelers. The greatest love of Jason's life was his family.

Jason is survived by his wife, Kirsten M. Wood; mother, Polly A. Myers; children, Kelsey Wood, Madison Wood, Kalie Wood and Jason Wood, Jr.; grandchildren, Toby Falkenburg, Honor Leeper and Alias Johnson; brother, David (Julie) C. Wood, II; sister, Ashley Lancaster and father and mother-in-law, Terry & Kim Lanning; great grandfather- in-law, Robert Barger; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Jason was preceded in death by his father, David Wood and grandparents, Roy and Dorothy Wood and Arthur and Betty Myers.

The family will receive guests Monday, February 19, 2018 from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 10:30 am at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family or the charity of the donor's choice in Jason's memory.
