Jason Moore

Jason D. Moore was unexpectedly called upon by God to enter his heavenly Kingdom to peacefully reside on August 26, 2014. He was born on January 26, 1983 in Toledo to Everett "Dan" and Cheryl A. (Yelverton) Moore. Jason graduated from Maumee High School in 2001 and later attended Owens Community College. He enjoyed fishing and watching sports especially the Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Browns, and the Ohio State Buckeyes. He also attended the Shelton Park Church of God.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, children Symini and Vincent, sister Nicole A. Moore, nieces Mariah and Aaliyah, nephew Deondre, grandparents Joseph and Ellanor Yelverton, many aunts, uncles, and cousins to include: Darlene and Jim Terry and family, Patsy and Joseph Yelverton and family, the family of Melanie Diane Spencer, Dennis Moore and family, Doreen and Harlan Rhine and family, Dawn and Bill Smith and family, Debbie Kiersey and family, Dinah Capito and family, Denise Moore and family, Dena and Bob Lesnoski and family, Duane Moore and family, and many friends.

The family will receive guests Wednesday, September 3, 2014 from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - NW Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Wednesday at 2:00 pm. in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
