Janice J. Clark

Janice J. Clark, age 63, of Westerville, OH, formerly of Toledo, passed away Saturday, September 2, 2006 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. She was born on October 13, 1942 to Wayne and Ruth (Woods) Adams in Toledo. Janice was a registered nurse and was employed with United Healthcare Insurance Company. She was a devout Christian. Janice loved arts and crafts and had a special love for anything Christmas. She was a very caring, kind-hearted, giving individual who was known as Mom to many. She loved nothing more than spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 nephews and 1 brother-in-law. Janice is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Dale Clark, Sr.; children: Gale (Mike) Lacey and Dale Clark, Jr.; granddaughter: Cassie Clark; brothers: Walter (Kathy) and Phillip (Sharon) Adams; 3 nieces; 4 nephews; and numerous friends and extended family.

The family will receive guests on Tuesday, September 5, 2006 in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) from 2 – 4:00 & 6 – 8:00 p.m. and again on Wednesday from 10 – 11:00 a.m. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Officiating will be Pastor Bob Zook. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
