Janet Alice Long

Janet Alice Long, age 84, of Toledo, passed away October 17, 2024 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo. She was born December 1, 1939 in Toledo to Harry and Hazel (Fetzer) McClure. Janet was a 1957 graduate of Waite High School. She was employed as a clerk for the City of Toledo Clerk of Courts for 25 years. She was a past member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Toledo.

In addition to her parents, Janet was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Long. She is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Girden and Tammie Samson; many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, David McClure and sister, Suzanne Hulson.

A Graveside Service will be held Friday, October 25, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery, Sylvania, Ohio.
