Janet L. (Brunk) Hoag, 75, of Toledo, Ohio passed away after a very long fight Tuesday, April 22, 2014 with her family at her side.
She really enjoyed Bingo, bowling, Bunco and going to the casino when she could. Janet loved to crochet baby blankets and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
She married the love of her life, Earl W. Hoag on November 6, 1954.
She was preceded in death by her father Frederick Brunk.
Janet is survived by her husband of 59 years, Earl Hoag; sons, William (Kathy), Robert (girlfriend Amy); daughter, Sherri (Patrick) Nusser; three grandchildren, William Hoag, Amanda Morse and Alexis Hoffman; two great grandchildren, Chyanna Shively and Kylie Oswalt; sisters, Gloria Kogge and Margaret Adams.
Private graveside services Friday, April 25, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. A Celebration of Life will be held the same day at the Toledo Sailing Club on Broadway near the zoo from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers the family requests any donations can be made at any Fifth Third Bank in memory of Janet Hoag to help offset expenses.
