James L. Schmidt, age 60, of Toledo, passed away March 28, 2020 at his home. He was born November 22, 1959 in Mansfield, OH to John and Corrine (Sucy) Schmidt. He graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1977. Jim was employed as a Security Guard for Securitas.
Jim is survived by his father, John Schmidt; siblings, John (Linda) Schmidt, Jr., Raymond (Michele) Schmidt, Terrence (Beth) Schmidt, Laurie (Denny) Jenkins, Timothy (Dana) Schmidt, Maryellen Schmidt and Maureen (Chris) Lutz. Jim was preceded in death by his mother, Corrine Schmidt and brother, Gregory Schmidt.
A Celebration of Jim's life will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family or American Diabetes Association in Jim's memory.
