James C. Relford, Jr.

Jamie Relford, 47, of Port Clinton, passed away unexpectedly in his home August 1, 2018. Jamie was born August 17, 1970 to Kathleen (Kujda) Relford and James Relford, Sr. (Jeanne). He graduated from Woodward High School in 1988. Jamie then joined the Marine Corps. and served in Desert Storm. He was a diehard Cleveland Browns and Buckeyes fan. He loved hockey - playing, refereeing and taking in a Red Wings game when he was able.

Jamie cherished his time with his 5 children; Kristin (Christopher) Frey, Kayla, Jacob, Jordan and Jerzy and 2 grandchildren, Kylie and Khloe. He will be greatly missed by his sister, Renee Relford; nephew, Mitchell; grandmother, Rose Kujda and his beloved sidekick "Brutus". Jamie is preceded in death by his grandparents, Louis Kujda, Claude and Jean Relford.

The family will receive guests Thursday, August 9, 2018 from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Military honors will begin Thursday at 7:00 pm. at the funeral home.
