James R. "Jim" Hoover, age 73, of Toledo, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 13, 2017 at the Franciscan Care Center. He was born on August 16, 1943 to Ralph and Lucy (Williams) Hoover in Bascom, Ohio.

Most importantly, Jim was a man of very strong faith and enjoyed sharing that faith with his family.
