James "Jim" Ceravolo was born August 14, 1953 to Primo and Jacqueline Ceravolo in Toledo, Ohio. He passed away with his family by his side on June 2, 2022 at the age of 69.
Jim married Rebeka Ozolins in 1973 and was blessed with one daughter, Novia and one grandson, James Henry. He had a love for cars and dedicated his entire career to Jeep, retiring in 2000 after 30 years. After retirement, Jim and Rebeka moved to Denver, Colorado, followed by Tuscaloosa, Alabama and finally South Bend, Indiana as Rebeka pursued her scholastic art career before returning to Toledo in 2019.
Jim enjoyed the outdoors and felt Colorado was his most gratifying place to love. He also loved his pets and jazz music.
In addition to his parents, was preceded in death by his wife, Rebeka. Jim is survived by his sisters, Paula Huber and Cindy Tunison; daughter, Novia; and grandson, James Henry.
The family will receive guests on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300).
