Jacqulyn Madrzykowski

Jacqulyn J. Madrzykowski (Ogden), 75, passed away on August 4, 2012. She was born on July 24, 1937 to the late Ruth and Eugene Ogden in Toledo, Ohio.
Jackie retired from Stanford E. Thal Co. after many years of service as their Bookkeeper. She also worked for the Toledo Hospital at the Information Desk for a short time. Jackie enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, especially getting together to play cards, going out to dinner and traveling.
In addition to her parents, Jackie was preceded in death by her brother, Roy Ogden. Left to cherish her memory is her best friend, soul-mate, her loving husband of 34 years, Richard; children, Keith (Kathy) Munn, Sheri (Lloyd) Hogan, Kevin (Mape) Munn; sister, Kay Vasquez; grandchildren, Timothy, Breanna, Jeremy, Marie, Daniel, Samuel, Sarah and great-granddaughter, Adriel.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at Little Flower Catholic Church, 5562 Dorr Street, Toledo. Friends and family may visit for one hour prior to Mass. Fr. David Nuss officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Little Flower Catholic Church.
