Jacquelynne A. "Jackie" Cousino, 45, of Toledo, was born February 16, 1967. Jackie was a caring mother of three, a devoted wife, loving sister and daughter. She received a double lung transplant on December 15, 2007, Jackie was given a second chance and showed her gratitude by being the most loving, caring and wonderful grandmother to her six beautiful grandchildren. Her decade long battle with health came to an end January 14, 2013 at the Cleveland Clinic. Jackie went in peace surrounded by her closest family and friends.

Jackie is survived by her husband, Jeff Cousino; parents, Jack and Ann Rife; children, Sean (Deborah) Cousino, Devin Cousino and Krickette (Travis) Pohl; sisters, Deb (Homer Vankirk) Rife-Patton and Cindy (Joe) Urban; six grandchildren, Noah Cousino, age 5, Braelyn Cousino, age 4, Cameron Pohl, age 4, Brady Cousino, age 3, Odin Cousino, age 3 and Gracylynne Pohl, age 9 months; her three Pomeranians', Snickers, Boner and Loki; She will always be remembered by her father and mother-in-law, Jack and Barb Cousino; sister-in-law and great friend, Lisa (Craig) Smith; as well as many more aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
The family will receive guests on Saturday from 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) where Funeral Services will begin at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
