Jacquelyn E. "Jackie" Kubiak, age 66, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Hickory Ridge. She was born on April 24, 1951 to Ned and Geraldine (Taylor) DeGolier in Toledo. Jackie was a longtime member of Memorial Lutheran Church where she sang in the choir. She was also a member of the Sweet Adeline's Chorus Pride of Toledo, which won a national championship in the late 90's. Jackie enjoyed arts and crafts, loved her dogs and spending time with family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Jackie is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Victor "Vic" Kubiak; sons, Charles "Ed" (Cynthia) Wilson and Richard (Patricia) Wilson; grandchildren, Shelby, Adam, Aaron, Courtney, Nathan and Jacob Wilson; great-grandson, Jacob Haspert; brother, Dennis DeGolier; step-daughters, Vicky Lynn Schultz and Laura (Dr. Doyle) Yeager; and many other grandchildren and dear friends.
The family will receive guests on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 from 2 – 7:00 p.m. at Newcomer – NW Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) with Funeral Services beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
