Jacqueline Gordon Jenson

Jacqueline "Jackie" Gordon Jenson, age 65, passed away in her home, Tuesday, May 22, 2007, after a difficult battle with cancer. She was born in Toledo, attended Waite High School. Jackie received her Bachelor's, Master of Education and Educational Specialist degrees from the University of Toledo. She worked as a Reading Teacher, English Teacher and most recently as the Dean of Students at Whitmer High School.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, Helen and Ralph Gordon; sister, Gloria Gordon Ettl and her first husband, Rowland "Rol" Jenson. She is survived by her sons, Eric (Tom) Jenson and Mark (Amy) Jenson; sister, Jill (Art) Keller; grandchildren, nieces, nephews, second husband, Lynn Massey, many loving friends and 6 cats.

The family will receive guests Tuesday from 9-10:00 a.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300) where Memorial Services will begin at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park
