Jacquelene J. Freeman, 70, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2014 after complications from a stroke three years ago. She was born on February 4, 1944 to the late Jean (Wunderlin) and Jack Marriott in Toledo, Ohio.
Jackie was a 1962 graduate of Perrysburg High School. She was involved in the Marching Band and the Perrysburg Order of the Rainbow Girls. Jackie married Fred Freeman on April 11, 1964. Together they had five children. Jackie worked as a Perrysburg School Bus Driver for many years and retired from SW Store Equipment after more than 15 years as the Administrative Assistant.
Bowling was a huge part of her life; she participated in many local leagues, including the Queens, and tournaments throughout the country. Jackie was a member of the Toledo Women's Bowling Association and was inducted into its Hall of Fame in 1998. She also ran the Saturday Morning Youth Bowling Program at Timbers for many years.
Jackie was an avid baseball fan and loved watching her children and grandchildren play. She volunteered her time to both Maumee Little League and Softball. Jackie was a huge Detroit Tigers fan and made several trips to Detroit and Lakeland.
In addition to her parents, Jackie was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Ethel M. Raberg. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 50 years, Frederick Sr.; children, Fred Jr. (Sarah), Scott, Greg, Jeff and Kelly (Tim) Dinkens; sisters, Mary Lou (Mike) O'Guin and Kathy (Bob) Foster; sister-in-law, Ethel (Nelson) Damschroder and grandchildren, Ryan, Zach, Cody and Kayla.

The family will receive guests on Sunday, June 22, 2014 from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). The Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m. Friends and family may visit from 10-11:00 a.m. prior to the service.
