Jacob Daniel Vallejo

Jacob, Daniel Vallejo, Our beloved son, brother, dad, and friend passed away peacefully and went to be with the Lord on February 22, 2024. Jacob was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 3, 1988, to Antonio Jr. and Maria (Torres) Vallejo.

Jacob attended Libbey High School and worked various jobs in construction, granite countertops and production lines. He enjoyed cooking, baking, boxing, swimming, drawing and collecting baseball cards while growing up. He also loved music and worship for the Lord, he was a watchman.

Surviving is his mother, Maria Valejo; siblings, Angela, Raquel, Michael, Deanna (Raymond Sr.) Cunningham, Gabriel and Emilo Fonseca; nieces and nephews, Marcus Jr., Martina (Sidney) Slater, Monique (Jacob), Ramiro, Gabriel A, Raymond, Jr., David, Gabriella and Caleb; great nieces and nephews, Marquez, Marcus III, Ciainna, Zaniya, Amarianna, Saleigha, Marcus Torres and children; godparents, Lucy (Robert) Torres. He was preceded in death by his father, Antonio Vallejo Jr, grandparents, Antonio Vallejo Sr., Rita Vallejo, Robert Torres Sr., and Leonor Torres.

Family and friends will be received at the Newcomer Funeral Home (Southwest Chapel) 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo on Monday, March 4, 2024, from 3:00 PM-8:00 PM. Services will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Restlawn Cemetery.
