Jacob J. "Jake" Stahl, age 27, of Waterville, passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at the Promedica Toledo Hospital. He was born on July 17, 1992 to Jeffrey and Lynn (Irving) Stahl in Toledo.
Jake will be remembered as an intelligent and loving son who enjoyed life to the fullest. He had an engaging sense of humor and even silly at times cultivating numerous close friendships over the years. He loved the great outdoors and all sports, especially fishing, world travel and the adventure of new experiences. When in Thailand Jake was introduced to the Buddhist religion. Jake firmly believed in helping others and consistent with his Buddhist beliefs. He strongly believed that even in death, organ donation was his gift to others who needed them to sustain and enjoy their lives.
Jake is survived by his loving mother, Lynn (Robert) Dennie; dad, Jeffrey Stahl; grandfather, Gary "Poppy" Bryant; brother, Jordan (Paige) Dennie; sister, Lauren Dennie,; aunt, Michelle McClain; nieces, Alania, and Ellie.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ann Bryant, and Jeannette Stahl; grandfathers, Jerry Stahl, and Neil Dennie "Grandpa Dennie"; and maternal aunt Christine Rabbitt.
At the family's request and due to the current environment surrounding the coronavirus there will be no visitation or services for Jacob. Thank you for your understanding during difficult time. Newcomer-Southwest Chapel, Toledo (419- 381-1900) assisted the family with professional services.
