Jack A. Moore

Jack A. Moore, age 46, of Holland, Ohio passed away at his home Thursday, June 8, 2017 of lung cancer. He was born at the old St. Luke's Hospital in Toledo November 10, 1970 to Michael and Elizabeth Moore. Jack graduated from Anthony Wayne High School and Penta County Career Center for small engine repair, and then he eventually became self-employed. Jack enjoyed his family, helping others and he enjoyed street preaching.

Jack is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Kim S. (Phillips) Moore; father, Michael Moore; children, Karah, Enoch, Elijah, Faith, Ruth and Joseph; sister, Wendy (Peter) Vlasscheart and grandmother, Wilma Williams. Jack was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Moore; grandparents, Jack and Helen Moore; grandfather, Joseph Williams; and child, Selah.

The family will receive guests Monday, June 12, 2017 from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Tuesday at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.
