Jack W. Carlisle
Jack W. Carlisle, age 85 of Oregon, and formerly of Toledo died Sunday September 12, 2004 at Little Sisters of the Poor, Oregon. He was born March 21, 1919 in Newark, OH to Waite and Arlice (Richardson) Carlisle. He was a salesman for 29 years and was employed by Electro-Hygiene. Jack was an avid Ohio State fan. As we all know, he always had a story to tell. He was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife of 40 years Rita; brother Robert.
He is survived by son Patrick (Bonnie) Carlisle; daughter Sharon (Daniel) Dashner; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday at Little Sisters of the Poor, 930 South Wynn Rd., Oregon. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Little Sisters of the Poor. Arrangements by Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300).
