Ina Sharp Birkenkamp

Ina Sharp Birkenkamp, a resident of Pensacola, Florida since 1965, passed away at home on January 4th, 2024.
Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, she was a 1949 graduate of Scott High School and had been an active member of Stella Chapter O.E.S. of Toledo for over 50 years. Ina retired from the Escambia County Tax Collector's Office in 1995.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hank Birkenkamp and is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Steenland; sons, Charles and Steven Sharp, all of Pensacola, as well as six granddaughters and three great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the staff of Summer Vista ALF and Gentiva Hospice for the extraordinary care they provided for both Ina and Hank.
The family will conduct a private memorial service for Ina.
