Lee "Howard" Friend, age 79, of Toledo, OH, went home to be with the lord on October 8, 2022 at Ebeid Hospice Residence. Howard was born March 15, 1943 in Toledo to Howard and Marion (Curtis) Friend. He was employed with Keller Plaster and Drywall Company for approximately 37 years retiring, December 1, 2008. Howard was a member of the UAW 886 in Toledo, Ohio.
In addition to his parents, Howard was also preceded in death by his grandmother; sister, Jo Carol, brother, Greg Friend and his beloved Cocker Spaniel, Sweet Sadie. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Marie Friend; daughter, Sarah Friend; grandchildren, Scotty and Isaac; great-grandchild, Ariella; sisters, Sherry, Cindy (John), Tina, and Marianne; brother, Emmanuel and a host of family and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to Parkinson Center and/or Ebeid Hospice Residence in Howard's memory.
