Howard Allen Stowe

Howard Allen Stowe, age 66, of Rossford, Ohio passed away August 2, 2014 at St. Charles Mercy Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. He was born April 28, 1948 in Toledo to Harold and Ruth Stowe. Howard served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He was an Insurance Agent for Western and Southern Insurance Company. Howard enjoyed fishing.
Howard is survived by his daughter, Jennifer M. (Doug Jibilian) Stowe; siblings, Tom, Donald, Ronald, Susie, Patty and Billy; former wife, Jeanne; and close friend, Marsha. In addition to his parents, Howard was preceded in death by his brother, David.
The family will receive guests Thursday, August 7, 2014 from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Friday at 10:00 am. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in North Oregon Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with expenses, in c/o Jennifer Stowe.
