Helen F. Wulff, age 95, of Sylvania, passed away peacefully Monday, October 17, 2022 at Oakleaf Village. She was born on July 14, 1927 to Andrew and Mary Weber in Cleveland, Ohio. Helen worked as a secretary to the President at Ashland Oil for many years, then at Picker-Briggs and retired from Messiah Lutheran Church and School. Shortly after Helen moved to Toledo she volunteered at Flower Hospital for many years and made many friends. She was a die-hard fan of the Cleveland Indians and the Cleveland Browns. Helen was an avid reader especially of mysteries and enjoyed knitting. She loved spending time with her family; most importantly all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Helen's smile, spirit and caring nature will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert "Bob" Wulff; and 2 sisters. Left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Sandy (Karl) Schefft and Bob Wulff; grandchildren, Jennifer, and Andrew; great-grandchildren, Alayna, Cooper, Brenna and Weston; niece, Helen Bishop; and other family members and dear friends.
The family will have a Celebration of Life to honor Helen at a later date. Newcomer Funeral Home – West Sylvania Chapel (419-392-9500) assisted the family with professional services.
