Helen Marie Trumbull

Helen Marie Trumbull, age 68, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on December 24, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family's love. She was born on March 22, 1954, in Miami, Florida, to the late Troy and Ana Grant.

Helen graduated from Mansfield High School, class of 1972. Through the years, she had worked at Advantage Electric, Sodbuster Bar and Grille in Sylvania, and Sautter's Market in Sylvania. Her favorite job though was being a loving wife and mother; her family was most important. An animal lover, she loved rescuing dogs; it meant a lot to her to bring them home to a loving home. She was the best wife, mother, and grandmother anyone could wish for. This isn't goodbye, it's see you later…

Those left to forever cherish her memory are her loving husband, Jonathan Trumbull, whom she married on April 16, 1985; sons, Jesse (Tina), Shane (Hiede) and Jason; 10 grandchildren; brother, Bill Grant (Alex); and many other family, friends, and loved ones.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Ana Grant.

Family and friends may gather at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3655 King Road, Toledo, Ohio 43617, on Monday, January 2, 2023, from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, from 10:00 am until the time of her funeral at 11:00 am. Following the service, Helen will be laid to rest at Toledo Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Toledo Humane Society, 827 Illinois Ave, Maumee, Ohio 43537.
