Helen M. Trzonkowski

Helen M. Trzonkowski, age 70, of Toledo, passed away peacefully, Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 18, 1944 to Hieronim and Franciszka (Wincek)Walenczak in Germany. She enjoyed Casino trips, playing Bingo and spending time with family and friends. Helen was an excellent cook, and was famous for her pork chops. She was very giving and had a heart of gold. Helen will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, David Trzonkowski. Helen is survived by her loving daughter, Tammy (James) Peace; sons, Michael (Aliza) and Thomas (Teresa) Trzonkowski; grandchildren, Tara, Taylor, Sydney, Isabella, Cameron, Kylie and Jonathon; brothers, Steve (Charlene), Walter (Connie) and John (Debbie) Walenczak; nieces, Amy (Bob), Jenny and Lisa; nephews, Chris (Kacie) and Curt; great-niece and nephews, Madison, Gavin and Dylan; and many dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Tuesday from 2 – 6:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. Toledo, (419-473-0300) with Funeral Services beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
