Heather Dawn Kinsman-Watts, age 47, of Maumee, Ohio, passed away Monday, June 21, 2021 at Ohio State University Hospital. She was born May 18, 1974 in Toledo to Timothy and Linda (Gross) Ulmer. Heather was employed with the William Vaughn Company for 3 years and Grassley Kaplin and Parker prior to that as an Administrative Assistant.
Heather had a strong faith and she enjoyed attending Cedar Creek Church. She also had a passion for music and was often heard and seen singing and dancing to her favorite tunes. Heather had a kind heart and loved taking care of people whether it was hosting get-togethers or holiday celebrations, no one ever left hungry or without a big hug. She shared her joy and positive attitude with all those around her. Heather loved shopping, driving her beloved Honda around town and spending time with family and friends. Most importantly she was a loving wife, mother, sister, daughter and good friend to all those special people around her.
Heather was preceded in death by her grandmother, Barbara Coleman; grandmother, Charlene Hulsey; grandfather, William Mitchell; aunt, Kristin Fritch; mother-in-law, Genevieve Watts; "sister-best friend", Jill Dorsey; former sister-in-law, Joy Kinsman and special friend, Sheila Sund.
She is survived by her loving husband of almost 3 years, James Watts; son, Jonathan L. Kinsman; daughter, Danielle E. Wojciechowski; father, Timothy (Connie) Ulmer; mother, Linda Gross; father-in-law, James Watts, Sr.; mother-in-law, Vivian Watts; sister-in-law, Janie Thomas; grandfather, John Ulmer; former mother-in-law, Cheryl Anne (Jon) Kinsman; siblings, Chad (Mirra), Amanda, Timothy and Joshua Ulmer; close friends, Michelle Wilczynski, Terri Smith and Laney Fulkert and many additional dear friends and extended family members.
The family will receive guests Sunday, June 27, 2021 from 2-8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral services will begin Monday at 10:00 am at the funeral home and interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery.
